Joseph McDevitt

Mr. McDevitt is a managing director in the London office. He is head of the London-based business and has direct responsibility for the U.K., Benelux and the Nordics. Prior to joining PIMCO in 1998, he was a managing director responsible for business development and client services at Salomon Brothers Asset Management in London. Prior to that, he spent six years on Salomon’s London trading floor as a multi-currency fixed income specialist and was an account executive with Merrill Lynch in Asia. He has 32 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He received an undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.
