Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) shortlists firms for Alternative Investor of the Year – Europe based on two main factors: [1] submissions from the industry [which PERE calls for every year] and [2] editorial team expertise, drawn from PERE's coverage and conversations with sources, and award recipients are selected based on number of votes received by industry peers. Compensation was not provided by PIMCO for obtaining or using the Alternative Investor of the Year – Europe.
