Elegibility

In addition, you must meet all the criteria set forth below:

Be, at least, 18 years old.
Possess full capacity to enter contracts and not be judicially declared incompetent or have restricted capacity to contract or dispose of your assets.
Be a financial intermediary, institutional investor, or individual investor.

Financial intermediary means that you are a broker dealer, registered investment advisor, or financial planner, looking for investments for your clients along with timely insights.

Institutional investor means that you are part of an organization or company, looking to review investment strategies, timely insights and connect with my PIMCO relationship management team.

Individual investor means that you are an individual looking for investment solutions for yourself along with timely insights from the PIMCO team.

Minors

The use of the Site and/or the Content included therein by individuals lacking legal capacity to contract or minors according to the applicable laws is forbidden. By accessing to the Site, you confirm that you have legal capacity to contract and/or that you are of legal age.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each time we modify, change, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions you will be required to read the new version and click the “I Agree” button so as to confirm that you are in accordance with the new Terms and Conditions and continue to use the Site. If you do not agree the modifications, changes, additions or subtractions to these Terms and Conditions you will not be allowed to use the Site.

User Representations

Modification, suspension, and termination of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the use of all or part of the Service for all users, at any time without notice or compensation, in our sole discretion.

We will inform you of any substantial modification to the Services that materially affects your rights and obligations, by e-mail that you have provided with no less advance notice than 30 days. You may not agree with the modifications, and in that case, you have the option of stopping using the Service, free of charge.

Jurisdiction, Severability

Any action arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the Site shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Argentina, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.

In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
